Deloris Wright began her career as an academic, but soon changed to consulting after working for the IRS for nearly 4 years. Her specialty is international transfer pricing, and her experience includes responsibility for developing the global transfer pricing practice for the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. After leaving C&L, she spent time in an economics consulting firm before establishing her own firm some 10 years ago. She has advised both corporations and governments, and has appeared as an expert witness in transfer pricing court cases in three countries.
She received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. from Iowa State University. Her parents were native Iowans and she currently lives in the mountains west of Denver in the summer and in Fort Myers, Florida in the winter.
