Fuller, with KMF Consulting, assists multi-unit retailers in store development strategies for real estate acquisition, construction, design and maintenance. Prior to forming KMF Consulting, Fuller was Senior Vice President of Business Development for First Service Networks, a multi-site facilities maintenance specialty company that partners with clients in industries ranging from restaurant and retail to transportation and logistics. Fuller was responsible for developing the overall business development strategy and driving new business for the organization, and successfully implementing a data-driven approach that delivers quality on-demand and scheduled maintenance while lowering overall costs.

Prior to First Service Networks, Fuller worked over 30 years in executive roles with both Starbucks and 7-Eleven. During this time she held various positions with both organizations ranging from overall responsibility for the operations of the 7-Eleven stores across Canada, to maintaining and launching new markets for Starbucks coffeehouses in domestic and international marketplaces.

Fuller’s career with Starbucks involved numerous roles including Vice President, Design and Construction, Portfolio and Asset Management, and International Store Development, which played a major role in the rapid growth and expansion of Starbucks’ global footprint. As a 7-Eleven executive, Fuller was responsible for store development, construction, maintenance, and equipment purchasing for their 6,000 stores throughout the United States. and Canada.

After receiving her B.S. from Iowa State University, Fuller earned a Master’s in Psychology from Texas Tech University and completed a financial management certificate from Wharton School of Business. She is on the board of the Seattle Youth Symphony and is the past president of that organization.
